Introducing Neurocrats
Interview with Joe Brice

        

    Hey Joe, your political party the Neurocrats aligns pretty well with this publications stances on the corruption on full display in American politics. What do you have to say in 2026 and on and what would the Neurocratic Party do differently?
Well Ray, to start with let me say this and you can quote me “I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore”. Secondly the bad billionaires or zillionaires or whatever the hell they are by now will never stop trying to take everything and controlling everything.Thirdly the number 535 is a number to consider. Why you ask? There are 435 House Representatives and 100 Senators who are the difference between a healthy society that cares for all of its 340 million citizens or an authoritarian society that continues to feed all of the countries wealth into the hands of a few and cares nothing about the plight of the poor. I would also add that the same billionaires will buy any and every politician and judge that is for sale. In addition to having their own space programs, they want all the real estate and are now buying up the single family housing industry and replacing it with high priced apartments  and  the selfishness goes on and on. Okay Joe, we know what they are doing, how do we stop them? Start by electing good honest people to office. If we do that then society as a whole will benefit greatly.
    Okay Joe, so give me a list of the changes that you think are needed if Congress decides to serve the people instead of a wealthy few. 
    #1. Pass an ethics code for the Supreme Court that is retroactive, as well as other court reforms. This would remove some of the court members that have taken gifts and then ruled in favor of the gift givers as well as ruling in ways that appear contrary to sound constitutional interpretation.
    #1. Make it easier to remove a criminal President and restore any and all career federal employees and military leaders that were forced out by the Trump regime. Give them back pay for time lost. Remove Presidential immunity.
    #1. End Citizens United and limit campaign donations to $5000.00 with no bundling. Apply needed reforms that will take big money out of politics.
    #1. Reinforce free speech and free press and limit ownership of the media by foreigners and monopolies.
    #1. Make AI accountable to the people and have strong oversight. Artificial Intelligence can be used for a lot of good things but can and no doubt will be used for evil as well.
    #1. Tax the rich. To start, have a billionaire tax that is based on net worth and change the tax code to expand their contribution to social security and social programs.
    #1. Abolish ICE and establish a Department Of Peace using ICE funds. The Department Of Peace would be responsible for aiding in the following areas: Jobs for anyone willing and able to work. Operate with the help of veterans. Have pilot programs in every state and promote the most successful programs.
    #1. Repair any property damages to the White House and other government properties that were damaged by Trump”s orders and bill him personally.
    #1. Change the Presidential pardon powers to prevent abuse. Have a review process that can override pardons that are clearly improper. Such as pardons for sale or favor or for certain crimes. 
    #1. Restore or write new banking laws that take Wall Street out of the single family home market. Require corporations that own single family and duplexes to sell off those properties within a year or whatever is reasonably set by law.
    #1. Require politicians, including the President, to make their tax returns made public before they can run for office. 
    #1. Ban Congress and the Executive Branch from trading in individual stocks.
    #1. Within the newly created Department of Peace, make it responsible for handling the issues that plague the country most such as immigration, drug addiction, mental illness and homelessness. Persons wishing to immigrate may serve full time for a set number of years or serve in the reserves if they have other employment. Operate it much like the military and make veterans able to transfer rank and pay to the civilian operated Department of Peace.
    #1. Within the Department of Peace, make mental illness, drug addiction and homelessness a priority. Every mentally ill person should have a counselor that is responsible for seeing that housing is available. 
    #1. State loudly and clearly that RACISM IS BAD. This should be the core tenet of any legitimate political party.

    Well Joe, that’s a pretty ambitious list. What are some of the reasons you are speaking out now? How about the apparent murder of Alex Pretti and Renee Good by government goons? The media, which is primarily owned by the rich, insufficiently covered these outrageous abuses of power. Evidently the murder of United States citizens on the streets of our cities, while on camera, is now being allowed. Imagine if a Democratic President were in power and these same abuses happened? These are some of the reasons that Neurocrats are backing the Democrats in the upcoming elections. Independents that caucus with the Dems, such as Bernie Sanders, are also supported by the Neurocratic agenda. Make America Great (leave off the Again) and how do we do it? Take care of your people and help the rest of the world as much as possible. First and foremost a political party should denounce racism. That should be at the core of any campaign. How many of us were raised in Sunday school singing the song Jesus Loves Me. The lyrics say “red, yellow, black and white they are precious in his sight Jesus loves the little children of the world”. If any political party adopted that as their basis for governing, the people will follow. Regardless of a persons religion or beliefs, kindness towards others should be at the forefront of any reputable political party. Instead we have the filthy rich writing the laws and tax codes that benefit them while neglecting our most vulnerable. Make America Great for once and for all.
